At MADMIA, we want you to love your colorful socks and accessories as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
